Description:
Poisonous Parts:  Whole plant but berries highest in toxicity.  Major toxin is the alkaloid glycoside solanine.   Combined with other glycosides and atropine produces varied powerful symptoms.
Symptoms: Produces varied toxic effects. Primarily affects the gastrointestinal tract but can also affect the central nervous system.  Signs can include abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhea, incoordination, weakness, depression, apparent
hallucinations, convulsions, and possible death.
