Pedigree

Emeril was a comical Russian Blue who endeared himself to everyone he met.  At the shows, clerks knew to hide their lunch or cake from him while judges would often tempt him with treats like potato chips and cheese!  A happy-go-lucky youngster who took everything in his stride--except when those spectators had ice cream or we had to walk past vendors selling pizza!  His obsession for food is obviously why he was named for the famous chef.

Emeril had an incredibly thick dense coat that your hand left patterns in when you touched him and he had really deep emerald green eyes.  All combined with that enigmatic Russian Blue smile. (The point on the top of his head was a cowlick that would never lay flat.)
